Ordering and Shipping

 

ORDERING INFORMATION 

• All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina.
• We cannot cancel or edit orders once the order has begun to process.
• At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
• All orders require correct details on shipping address in order for prompt delivery.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Sales Tax will be applied where applicable.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Please note that in most cases orders take 48 hours to be processed once the order has been received. Orders placed after normal business hours will be received the following business day. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.
• Orders do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
• All orders placed on weekends, holidays, and/or during special promotions may require additional processing time.
• All orders ship using USPS or standard ground shipping via UPS
